Being a healthy Muslim woman comes with challenges from work and school stress, caring for others, finding time to be the best Muslims we can be - life can be challenging. Rabata's Mental Wellness course can help!


Come join us for an immersive class into learning techniques and skills that can strengthen mental wellness with therapist Sarah Kiani. Over this five week course, participants will learn skills for stress management, identifying symptoms of anxiety and depression, and learning interventions to alleviate symptoms, self-care tools, including the practice of self compassion for caregivers and building, interpersonal toolbox of interventions to create a sustainable mental wellness in your life.
