Class Description:
In this study of the 100 high frequency words in the Holy Quran, students will gain an understanding of the meanings of the Holy Quran and increase their reading speed and fluency. This class will guide students through the meanings of the most common words in the Quran, along with their derivatives, and provide an opportunity to practice identifying these words in selected portions of the Quran. Reading practice time with the instructor will be included in every session and students will receive individualized feedback on their reading and pronunciation.
Through daily reading and listening assignments, students will develop a greater understanding of the Arabic language, build a stronger relationship with the Holy Quran, and increase their reading speed and fluency significantly.
This class is for students who can read the Quran in Arabic but have little or no understanding of the Arabic language.
