Return Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping is non-refundable; customers must pay the cost of their own shipping. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for refunds.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Downloadable software products
Other
